These terms govern your use of Missionnaire Studio and its connected Missionnaire Admin services, provided by Missionnaire Network. By using these services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy policy.

Authorized use

Use an Admin account you are authorized to access. Studio connection approval requires recording management permission. Keep your account, approved computers and stream keys secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Google authorization does not grant Admin permissions.

Your content and broadcasts

You retain your rights in your content. You authorize us to process, store and transmit it as needed to perform the recording and broadcasting actions you request. Only use content for which you have the necessary rights and permissions, including permissions from people you record. You are responsible for your selected destinations, broadcast details and visibility settings.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, abuse, unauthorized account access or interference with the service. We may restrict access to protect accounts and services or address misuse.

Google and YouTube

Missionnaire Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Google and YouTube are third-party services; Missionnaire Studio is not a Google product.

You choose whether to authorize Google access and can disconnect channels or revoke access. Deleting a Missionnaire connection does not delete content from YouTube. Manage published YouTube content in YouTube.

Availability and responsibility

Live broadcasting depends on your equipment, network and external services. Availability and uninterrupted recordings are not guaranteed. Keep copies of important media and check your broadcast destination before going live. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Stopping use and changes

You may stop using Studio at any time, disconnect YouTube channels and request deletion as described in our Privacy policy. We may update the service and these terms; the current version and update date will be published here.
